Reappear policy 2021

Allama Iqbal Open University published  updated AIOU-Reappear policy Rules. In autumn 2021 Allama Iqbal Open University has dismantle the reappear system These points are :

• Passing marks of (exam+assignment) will be 50% other wise individual will be fail in that code.
• If the student failed in a code he submit new registration of that code/codes and get workshop (if that code have ) and prepared new assignment and attend workshops at start of that code (new registered) .
• Fail code will be register in 6 weeks after result.
• The students have faced many difficulties to make new assignments and attend workshops. In doing so they have lost many  time to prepare assignments and they irritates.
• To prevent that situation Allama Iqbal Open University ( AIOU) changing some points in reappear policy to give relief to his pupils.

Updated Reappear Policy 2023

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has published updated AIOU-Reappear policy Rules about reappear. University changed some points of previous policy of Autumn 2021 in new policy university gave relief to students of Allama Iqbal Open University

• Individual should have 40 % grades before apply for reappearing.
• Passing marks of (exam+assignment) should be 50%
• If individual gets less than 40 % grades he should register fail code in duration of 6 weeks .
• If he don’t register code in 6 weeks he register that code in next semester .
• After registered that code he don’t prepared new assignment and don’t attend workshops. Only exam date will be reschedule in his next semester.
• This policy point is best for students.
• After getting 2 chances and he don’t get passed marks then he will new register that code and will prepare assignments and attend workshops ( if that code have workshop).
• Phase -I ( 10th, F. A, B. A etc.) have not workshop in any codes.they prepared assignment in paperwork and post to his tutor by post office.
• If 1st assignment cannot send to tutors at proper date you can send both(1st & 2nd) assignment before last submition date.
